Smart Shipping Order Status Update Notification

Dear Customers

 

We would like to inform you of an update regarding the order status for smart shipping.

The previous statuses of [Ready To Ship] and [Shipped] have now been consolidated into a new status [Waybill Printed].

 

The detailed sub-statuses under [Waybill Printed] are as follows

 

  • Wayblii Printed: The waybill and packing label have been printed.
  • Pickup Request Completed: A pickup has been requested.
  • Pickup Started: The pickup process is ongoing.
  • Pickup Done: The pickup has been completed.
